How to make Asparagus Blue Cheese Canapé's



Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces Gorgonzola cheese, soften
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, soften
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped toasted walnuts
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 large shallot , lightly chopped
  • 2 cups chopped clean asparagus
  • Beautify: lemon zest


Directions:
1. Mix jointly first 4 ingredients in a little bowl.

2. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat; include shallot and sauté 2 minutes. Put in asparagus and sauté 2 minutes or just until crisp-tender. include salt as well as pepper to flavor.

3. Spread every toast cube with cheese mixture, and top with asparagus mixture.
