How to make Asparagus Blue Cheese Canapé's
- 3 ounces Gorgonzola cheese, soften
- 3 ounces cream cheese, soften
- 1/3 cup finely chopped toasted walnuts
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 large shallot , lightly chopped
- 2 cups chopped clean asparagus
- Beautify: lemon zest
Directions:
1. Mix jointly first 4 ingredients in a
little bowl.
2. Melt butter in a medium skillet over
medium-high heat; include shallot and sauté 2 minutes. Put in asparagus and
sauté 2 minutes or just until crisp-tender. include salt as well as pepper to flavor.
3. Spread every toast cube with cheese
mixture, and top with asparagus mixture.
